• Give us your plans, use ours or see our designer.
• We will take your new home design and work out a fixed price.
• On acceptance, you will sign a preparation of plans agreement (PPA) and pay a deposit to complete the working drawings.
• Working drawings, contract documants and addenda submitted for finance approval.
• Once finance is approved, pay balance of 6.5% deposit
• Engineering drawings completed and submitted to shire.
• Once out of shire (usually 6-8 weeks), we will start to build your new home.
