Bache Homes was established in 2001 and spent the first four years specialising in small lot development projects from inception to completion.

- We will take your new home design and work out a fixed price.
Building Your Home
There are three options when building with Bache:
- Bring us your plans and we will quote them.
- Pick one of our off the shelf plans and make changes if you like.
- Work with our chosen designer. Meet with our designer who will develop concept drawings and elevations. We will then provide a fixed price for the works.
